Rose Farm Strongpoint

Overview

Located at Rose Farm, along Le Grand Val, was the lightly armed strongpoint Rosenhof. Quite unusually, it lacked any significant weaponry and its listing as a strongpoint in the Festung Guernsey was categorized as an error by Trevor Davenport. It comprised several bunkers, most notably a field dressing station built to Vf. Much of the site survives, including the field dressing station, tobruks and shelters. It lies on private land.
