Battery Mammut

Batterie Mammut is an Army Coastal Battery located at Rectory Hill. The site comprised of 3x 21cm Moerser 18 cannons, as well as several Flak Emplacements, Pak 3.7cm and Flamethrower points. There was also a small RFO Command Post. Most of the site has been destroyed. It is unknown if the Command Post survives as it is now under a house. All works built to RFO standards with open emplacements.
