Radetzsky was established unusually close to the perimeter of MKB Mirus, at Rouette du Felconte, St Pierre du Bois. The high ground provided the powerful battery with a view over most of the west coast. The 22cm K532(f) guns here were captured during the invasion of France, and date from WW1. They were emplaced in very substantial Vf positions. Most of the works were constructed to Vf, with the exception of two Fl242 2cm Flak emplacements, but these actually belonged to Mirus despite being within the perimeter of the battery. After the war, most of the site was cleared and returned to agriculture, little is visible.
