To ensure efficient communication to the naval batteries, several networks of communication bunkers and headquarters bunkers were constructed. First, the Naval Signals HQ in St Peter Port. These were built in the grounds of two large houses, La Porte and La Collinette (now a hotel). These are were vital bunkers, fitted out with communications equipment of a high degree. The bunkers survive today. The Seeko-Ki bunker is now a recording studio, while the MNO bunker is now a museum run by CIOS. Both of these bunkers are remarkably intact, with the recording studio completely refitted as a premier venue.
