It was recorded early on that MP5 was to be constructed in place of the old watchhouse at La Prévôté, however what stands today is much smaller and could only have served as an army observation post, designated M5. However, it has been theorized that the basement level of M5 is actually a Fortress standard basement for the never built tower. It would explain the unusual design of the eventual tower, being the same width as a standard MP tower.
MP6 was to be built on the western side of the Icart headland, near Stp. Ikart. In the event, only a wooden tower is known to have been constructed for the Luftwaffe.
MP7 was planned for Jerbourg, and would probably have been sited on the eastern cliff-face, below some open emplacements. There is no evidence that any work was ever carried out on the site, and the area is difficult to access due to overgrown terrain. A tower on this steep slope may have resembled MP1 at Batterie Lothringen in Jersey.
