St Sampson Harbour Resistance Nest

Overview

This position was located near the weighbridge at St Sampsons Harbour and comprised of several weapons. The site has been obliterated post-war to allow continued use of the site for industry and marine purpose.

Purpose

Prevent enemy landings inside St Sampsons Harbour and provide air support using 2cm Flak.
