Stp. Hafenschloss is located at Castle Cornet, St Peter Port. It was a large Strongpoint built onto an ancient castle (Castle Cornet). The site is well preserved and some bunkers are open. German defences remain in situe. Many of the RFO Shelters and MG Posts were given the name of German Women, perhaps loved ones. These are displayed in the concrete above the entrances.

Casemate inside citadel?
Ancient casemate converted into a shelter with a reinforced concrete roof.
The large submarine boom control bunker. It was designed to control the anti-submarine net that closed the harbour. The construction spans over two floors, with the lower one being built to Fortress Standard.
Here. A small storage room is located left of the door.
The anti-submarine boom bunker from the causeway.
Integrated into the old walls.
Maria.
Named after the wife of an officer here presumably.
A standard Vf bunker. Interesting to note the tapering down of the MG stand.
Clean signage about the munition store.
Located on the forts eastern battlements a short distance away from Maria.
I wonder how this was cast?
Just a wellblech stand.
A blast-wall infront of the entrance to protect against shrapnel. Behind is storage bunker/shelter.
Similar to the others.
Wellblech.
Looks Fortress from the outside.
Definitely RFO.
Hidden in the walls of an ancient battery.
Just like the other.
The largest of these shelters.
Half-pipe design.
Clean.
Looking towards Modellhafen.
Beautifully integrated.
Located just behind Else, this complex of two 5cm Mortars and a shelter connected by a covered trench is entered via the Else MG post.
Else on the left. Entrance to the complex on the right.
The first RFO mortar pit.
Extending to the other mortar pit. A shelter entrance on the left here.
