Wn. Talfeste is located at Vale Castle. It comprises of additions to an existing fortification, the oldest on the island. The site primarily features RFO structures and MG positions, as well as mortar, flamethrower and other weapons positions. The heaviest gun on the site, the 10.5cm K331(f) was emplaced on an open emplacement looking towards Bordeaux.

This Stp. is situated in the high walls of Vale Castle.
