Overview

This resistance nest is only mentioned on the German maps contained within the Festung Guernsey documents. Its armament was never fully documented, and its exact location has been lost. However, it may have utilized a substantial magazine remaining on the outside of the Victorian fortress.

Purpose

Likely built to defend the Würzburg radar at Fort George from cliff assaults.
