Flak Batterie Rabenstein

Flak Batterie Rabenstein 6./ Lw. Flk. Abt. 262

Rabenstein was established in the area around the Corbiere headland, along Rue des Laurens. By the time construction ceased in 1944, it was partially being converted to a fortress standard position like Batterie Dolmen. However, it was never fully completed by the time the Organisation Todt withdrew from the island, and is a mix of Vf and fortress standard positions. Post war, development covered much of the site, although most remains.
