M2 - Chouet

Mebstelle 2 was located at Chouet Headland, at the base of Marine Peilstand 1. It was a single story Vf construction, similar to those found at Batterie Strassburg and Strongpoint Rabenstein. It was an army installation, and provided observation to the army batteries located inland. In 1991 it toppled into the quarry along with MP1. It landed intact.
