The M132 is a very substantial bunker spread across two floors, and was designed to serve as the command, plotting and range-finding post for a medium naval battery. The top floor contained a large plotting room, below the armored observation cupolas, and the floor below was accommodation. The observation turrets have no known Panzer number, but were two different cast sections bolted together. It was also used in Europe and Alderney in other positions, including type M120 and Vf positions. Constructed on Guernsey was three, although Dollmann never received the cast turrets, instead having a concrete observation and range-finding platform adapter for the army, who retained control of the battery. All of the sites where the M132 was constructed were intended to be 15cm SK/C28 batteries, although only one materialised. The example at Strassburg is a listed monument, and may be restored in the future, the example at Generaloberst Dollmann is closed but in a good state of preservation, and the one at Steinbruch has fallen into the quarry and been demolished.
